I have worked with some amazing artists as a life art model after ‘giving it a go’ many years ago whilst attending sessions in Glasgow as an artist.. It was something on my bucket list as I often felt that at times the model seemed the most comfortable person in the room and folk described how grounding and liberating it can be so was curious to experience the practice for myself.
It may not be for everyone but it has certainly helped me both personally and as an artist.

Over the years I have worked with solo artists, small peer lead groups and larger tutored classes, each style of sitting brings its own individual benefits … and challenges !
I do still model on occasions for life drawing groups and solo artists primarily around Perthshire.
